Erin Noteboom
I'm a thirty-year-old poet living in Kitchener, Ontario. I've been published widely in magazines, have won a couple of national awards, and have a first book forthcoming in 2004. Last summer I started putting part of my notebook online as a blog. It's not a journal; it's notes towards poems, poems in progress, writer's notebook pieces, writing news, and the occasional bit of fiction. I also have a static page of poetry at www.sitehouse.net/erinpoems

I am an aspiring writer and a native of Florida who have a genuine passion for writing poetry and song lyrics. I write to inform as well as entertain. I love writing poetry that is meaningful or those that are holistic in nature. I hope that my words will move, influence, or inspire those who read my work. The poet that I admire the most is Maya Angelou, she has always inspires me by what she has to say.
