| Membership validity |
|
Membership in the Words of a Woman Net Society is solely at the discretion of the WOAW staff, but there are a few basic reasons why an existing member may be removed.

| Membership Termination |
|
- removal or radical change of website you submitted to us for inclusion into the "WOAW net society"
- said site is under construction with no access.
- removal of the "WOAW net society" graphic
- a visit to your site finds it "404" (not found)
- you moved and forgot to tell us.
- points discussed in the last paragraph of this page.

| Surfable sites |
|
In order to be something of essence, visitors must have surfable sites to read. Missing sites, closed sites, sites under construction, or sites with their writing removed, are of no use to us, so they will be removed.

| Keep in touch |
|
We check for sites monthly, so you should contact us ASAP if you move, to prevent having to apply for membership again. If you need to remove your site because you will not be able to maintain it, perhaps you are losing your internet access for a period of time?, let WOAW know. We can discuss maintaining it for you on a public website during that period. If you have the woaw graphic on your site, it means nothing, unless you are listed on this site. Without the correct url on the members list, surfers will never reach you. |
| Acceptable Content
|
|
PORN: No site with a hatred message or porn will be considered for inclusion. Porn defined by the managers of WOAW are as follows:
- writings that give in detail, the "ins and outs" of sex/love making
- images or drawings that detail those same "ins and outs" of sex/love making
- Nude drawings, and/or photographs are okay, but they must not include any fetish or act of sex between two beings. (animal or human!)

| Offensive?

If you are surfing the group of sites through our list and find something that is offensive and fits one of the three exceptions above, please email us. But keep this thought in mind: Our verdict as to what comprises acceptable content is final and not open to debate. We simply won't be badgered into removing a site based on your beliefs. WOAW feels that most writers are committed to free speech and expression, so are we. But we all draw the line somewhere. |
| You and WOAW |

Do feel free to list us as a society or ring you are member of on your website or signature. But as a member of the "Words of a Woman Net Society" we ask that you do not "spam" other members of the group, or use words that lead people to believe you are acting on behalf of, or represent the WOAW society (unless previously discussed with lilip and we give you the go-ahead.) |
