Fallen Apart

I've fallen apart
I don't know why
I guess it's cause I miss her

She's all I want
To share my heart
If only just to kiss her

I miss the way
She smiled at me
Sweetly with the sunrise

I miss the way
She warmed my heart
And kissed me with her eyes

You see, I dream of her
In moonlight
Skin as sweet as rose

Midnight hair
Lips so full
Eyes so bright she knows

She has my heart
She has my heart
And I just wish to hold her

To hold her tight
In moonlight
Her head upon my shoulder

Then kiss her hard
Those lips so full
Hard I wish to kiss her

But I've fallen apart
As you can see
And it's all because I miss her

Roses

While sitting in my window chair
Dreaming with the fragrant air
Of stories old and loves gone cold
A kiss was given and returned
In nights of youth beneath the sky
Beneath a star beneath the moon
Tongue on tongue and playful hands
Beneath the light upon the stair
Beneath the light upon her hair
Eyes like windows to the sky
Stars in a summer sky
Gasping breaths through body rush
Revealing through the rose blush
Surrender to the summer night
Beneath the stars beneath the light
Scent of roses in the yard
Drifting by on summer stars
Beside the moon beside the stairs
Beside her breast to toss her hair
There gaze upon my dream's desire
And lose my heart to summer fire

Now summer's evening whispered hush
Lullabies me to sleep and close
Beside the screen beneath the rose
Lullabies me to a sleep so fine
With dreams of roses that once were mine

The Wish

I wish, I wish, I wish all day
My Mother's heart for me would pray
I'd find a woman warm as May
I wish, I wish, I wish all day

I wish, I wish, I wish all night
This woman's arms would hold me tight
And lay with me till sunlight
I wish, I wish, I wish all night

I wish, I wish, I wish to hear
This woman's voice soft and clear
Give her love this and every year
I wish, I wish, I wish to hear

I wish, I wish, I wish for life
This woman warm would be my wife
This woman soft would be my wife
I wish, I wish, I wish for life

For my heart's soul I wish I may
Wish and wish and wish all day
To kiss her lips and softly say
I wish, I wish, I wish she'd stay
