Untitled

Hands as smooth as Nerudas words
Swiftly crossing the pools of sweat
Forming on the arch of my back
My breath outrunning me
And instinct birthing pleasure
My hair in my eyes and
Your lips where I need them

A Recipe For Disaster

I have gotten turned around
Told my girlfriend my dream
Where she fucked that other girl
And I followed her and cried.

Told you about my father,
My obsession with the other side
And you laughed and you smoked
The cigarettes you stole from me.

And it's awkward how I love you
But hate how you treat her.
How the words burn in my mouth
But turn into irrelevant babble.

Am I inviting pain to my tea party,
When she avoids my kisses?
When you throw her to the ground
And I continue to trudge through the blizzard?

I look for her face
And think of things to entertain her
In this macabre dinner theatre
Where she follows you and cries.

A New Worry

Broke all the good china
Left the pieces for an angel
To fall from heaven onto,
In hopes of seeing him bleed.
Going down on Kerouac books,
Letting the tarot cards catch
Fire as I sit naked on the bed.

Gaining weight from the paint fumes,
Thinking of movies lines
That would fit the curve of your neck.
That neck I long to touch....
You managed to turn it all to acid
So you could polish the turkey bones
And not watch me cry.

I wander about looking for sex
In the cosmos and on the bus,
Dripping down from my great-aunts funeral.
You were shipped away leaving me shadowed
In others affections and my feather boa.
The drag queen complex
That I missed at first sight.

Sitting in the dark, scared and open
Thinking of what might have been
And smoking and smelling that vanilla
Picturing you masturbating and me with a
Wish for booze and a sex dream or
Something awkward and physical
To fill the new holes and new worries.
