From the beginning he was the one
The one that saved her
The one that broke her free
The one that took her heart
The one who gave her a reason to smile
The one to take it all away!

The one to leave her stand there all alone
The one to fill her soul with fire
The one to put up the wall
The one to hush the word he once sang
The one to scare her.

Has she felt this before?
Has she held her heart out for him?
Has she abandoned all she knows is real?
All this for the man she made a statue of strength to
All for the man she wants
All for the man she loves
All for the man she needs
She abandoned all sensibility for the one!
