If i'd known you were leaving
i would have smiled brighter and laught louder at you jokes.
I'f i'd known you were leaving
i would not have gone to sleep when you were by my side
but stayed awake and watched you until the sun rise
and maybe now i wouldn't miss you so much
because i would have had more time with you
but spending the rest of my life with you would not be long enough to give you all the love i feel.
If i'd known you were leaving...
