Angelic Spirit

You came out of nowhere,
And ravaged my soul.
You reached in and touched me,
I've lost all control.
I've counted the minutes,
And the days that have passed.
I've waited a lifetime,
You've shown up at last.
Those feelings you spawn,
Inside me so deep.
The warmth of your spirit,
Such memories I'll keep.
I want you beside me,
Wherever this leads.
And to hold you forever,
Is all that I'll need.
