Afterglow

Sunrises from your window,
Linger from a dream last night.
Peacefully awakening,
Your arms hold me tight.

Touch the spaces that flow between us,
Where sacred hearts meet
And dance in their brilliant light.
Leaving time for secrets shared
We abandon with fearless flight.

Remind me of where I am,
When you listen to my heart.
The vision of our spirits desire,
Has longed for this time to appear.
Waiting for fears departure,
The sky's illumination brings a new day.
