Bodmin Moor

In the torrential down pour on Bodmin Moor,
thunder claps in black skies above,
a rider rides, this rider is my love,
galloping hooves through boggy puddles galore,
striding madly across the moor,
muscles pounding on the mighty beast,
like the rain, its speed does not cease,
and the figure of my love,
bouncing on this animal above,
in black dress like the night,
but by far a much prettier sight,
and nothing at all can compare,
to her flowing jet black hair,
no rider at all is like her on Bodmin Moor,
Bodmin Moor, ride my love for ever more,
in thoughts of love,
and even when I have been to war,
I think of my love,
riding on Bodmin Moor.

a letter from your hand

e-mails from you come down my line,
new technology that is fine,
but do you think this process,
will make the eventual end of pen and ink?
I want your style in white and blue,
a permanent watermark of I love you,
I want the smell of your perfume,
on envelopes femininity grand,
but above all,
I want a letter from your hand.

Carol

I looked up,
and you were there,
standing tall,
with golden long hair,
I continued to stare,
but your eyes looked elsewhere,
you turned away and walked down the stairs,
your walk a motion like floating on air,
the stairs you descended seemed long and wide,
years and years past,
and our love still beat inside,
but I looked up,
one boiling hot day,
and you were there,
our love boiled up inside,
and now after all these years,
our love is reconciled,
I have Carol at my side.

This Love of Mine

She is of special pedigree,
shoulder length golden hair,
no other love can compare,
words from classic books,
and poetry fine,
could not sum up this love of mine.

Some times tempers would flare,
words rage strong to behold,
but our love will always hold,
because true love is strong.

So let us build our monument of love,
brick by brick a temple of love,
praise our loving hearts,
a life of lasting love,
and honour always,
this lovely girl I love.

Endless Night

When will it end this endless night?
darkness around me,
and you are not in sight,
at the beginning you crept away,
and now I weep endless tears away,
Through the curtains the world is dark,
gloom only on the outside,
I want you only by my side!
words through misunderstanding mouths,
like alligators in the night,
our teeth do gnash,
our relationship wall did crash,
has it tumbled for ever more?
is it beyond repair?
let our love go on,
no despair,
When will it end this endless night?
I don't want darkness turned to light,
Before the morning sea birds fly,
I want to close my eyes,
and in my own dark world die.

On the banks of Loch Ness

On the banks of Loch Ness,
we review our lives which are a mess,
and in the daylight our bodies caress,
steaming bodies, touching with passioness,
On the banks of Loch Ness.

On the banks of Loch Ness,
we live our lives to nothing less,
and no one on earth can guess,
how our lives are a mess,
we search for eternal happiness,
On the banks of Loch Ness.

How many days to thunder?

How many days to thunder?
when our love finally goes under,
a responsive twitch from a lawyer's eye,
and our broken love goes flying by,
just the filling of a fountain pen,
the scratch of a signature,
our love destroyed by other men,
I beg you to think about it all,
before our love is finally quashed
by the law,
you can hear the echoes in courtroom halls,
of other broken loves,
rebounding off the walls,
when these echoes finally fade,
our love is finally decayed!
I"ll never forget the twitching lawyer's eyes,
as law beat love again,
our love like thunder passed us by,
no other force like divorce can be,
thats why our love should be strong
and trusting,and then
our love should always be.

Daybreak

I cannot wait until daybreak,
when my angel finally awakes,
the sun rises and kisses the earth!
today my love,
I will show you my worth.

A birthday celebration for you,
from me,
to make love our eternal destiny,
and when the choirs like angels sing,
I know my love,
you will always wear,
my glittering ring.

The memory lingers

Your happy face in reflecting glass,
reflections of happiness,
the memory lingers,
and forever it will last.

Your conversation and delicate charm,
will never pass,
the memory lingers,
and forever it will last.

Your soft white skin,
and the beauty within,
no other person,
so beautiful could be cast,
the memory lingers,
and forever it will last.

Your body I cannot love,
for both of us,
life has turned out bad,
without our memories,
our minds would have gone mad,
the memory lingers,
and for ever it will last.

Food of Love

When love came to me,
I could not eat or sleep!
a digestive system ,
that food could not keep,
in restaurants I would go,
and hope to find the cure,
but when I had a good meal,
in front of me,
it seemed to taste like manure!
until I realized that only,
your love so pure could cure,
on my table of desire,
I wanted you,
and to eat symbolically,
every part of you!
like the cracking of a chicken born wish!
or the fountains of Rome
with mystic waters that swish,
eventually I got my joyous wish,
now we take in every coarse,
our food of love is right on coarse,
stomachs are full of nourishment,
that count,
and our passionate love,
the passion does mount,
taste buds of love,
that now fill my heart,
and a sleepfull night,
our love will not part.

TREE OF LOVE

You are my tree of love,
hundreds of branches,
peer down on me from above,
new love buds in the new spring,
a new kindled love in my heart it brings,
when the buds in summer do bloom,
our love rousing does loom!
and our passion burns with a mighty boom!
for summer stirs our love,
as does the romantic summer new moon,
and in autumns fall,
it seems that it is yours tears that fall!
and on the ground they disperse,
my heart full of sorrowful verse,
and in the winter landscape snowy bright,
your branches hang,
covered with a soft fluffy white,
I like the swaying that comes from the winter breeze,
for in my mind it makes me think of you,
with erotic fantasies,
but I look forward to the thaw,
and our cycle is completed once more,
and then the new spring,
peeps through the sky above,
and you are my one and only
tree of love.

CHANGES

I would not change you,
for all the earths gold,!
or even for a beautiful princess,
in a fairy tale castle bold!
I would not want to change,
one inch of your snow white skin,
or the beauty on the outside,
or the beauty within,
your warm welcoming smile,
when I come in,
the smell of your perfume,
and your golden long hair,
the strains in the background,
of a old Abba song,
you hum its lyrics,
all night long,
vibrate us in harmony!
the toe-tapping of your feet,
as at last our bodies do meet!
change to me would be like,
Waterloo was to Napoleon,
a earth shattering defeat!
change to the better can not be,
when the best on earth does love me!

FORGET ME NOT MY LOVE

Forget me not my love,
as you go to pastures new,
forget me not my love,
I love you.

With singing in my heart,
our love must not part,
this heart will not let you go,
change your mind,
and face me now!
let our love show you how!

I know love has to end,
and lovers part,
to find a new friend,
away from me on a human bird,
our love will always be loudly heard,
the symbol of our love ending,
the deafening roar of a jet engine!

At your destination,
on earths other end,
a bouquet I send,
a symbol of our love,
I don't want to end,
hundreds of muti-coloured petals,
covered with tears,
like a dew,
a thousand tears,
I shed for you!

Now will the summer ,
ever be the same?
or refreshing as thundering rain?
will wine still taste fine?
and with the passing of our time,
will the sun ever shine?
our love will always persist,
for it will always be,
an eternal total eclipse!

Forget me not my love,
now we are apart,
forget me not my love,
but mend my broken heart!
